MAKE MEMORIES, CHANGE THE WORLD
The 9-Week Orlando Project (May 24th-July 24th) is more than a summer job. It is a summer of growth, leadership, and unforgettable memories. You will live in real community with other college students, grow in your faith through Bible study and mentoring, and develop leadership and life skills that matter. Alongside that, you will gain real work experience with companies like Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and Holiday Inn. It is a summer to grow spiritually, build lifelong friendships, and become more of who God created you to be in the heart of Orlando.
GROW
Grow a deeper relationship with God through large group training sessions, small groups, and time alone with God.
CONNECT
Connect and develop deep friendships with other college students from your campus and across Chicago, Tennessee and Arkansas.
LEAD
Gain real work experience while developing leadership skills and learning how to share your faith and help others grow spiritually.

Orlando Project is an nine-week spiritual + leadership investment from May 24-July 24. Throughout the summer, students will work a job, build relationships with college students from other campuses, and attend regular teaching and trainings. The seminars will include workshops on Bible study, prayer, evangelism, and overcoming temptation. In addition, students will participate local churches, discipleship groups, and project-wide socials.
-
The cost of Orlando Project 2026 is $2,600 + flight/transportation. This covers room and board for the summer, 3 meals a week, books and training materials, and weekly social events.

The staff of Campus Outreach will oversee Project. These men/women are trained to create a project that is safe, fun, and spiritually enriching. During the school year, these staff minister full time at campuses in Chicago, Tennessee, and Arkansas. Campus Outreach will also employ a group of 'Team Leaders.' These are student leaders who will provide ongoing direction and support throughout the summer.
-
Campus Outreach has longstanding partnerships with multiple theme parks, hotels, and businesses in Orlando because of our hardworking Orlando Project students. These companies coordinate with staff and students about employment and each student will have an employment opportunity before or upon arrival to Project.
-
Yes! Each summer we host a Parents’ Weekend, and we’d love for families to visit Project and see firsthand what their son or daughter is involved in. Students will need to request time off from their employer in advance to participate. During Parents’ Weekend, students may stay with their visiting families, provided the Project Director is notified ahead of time.
